I agree with you on that. L2 was pure grinding. Heck, I was used to doing that, grinding non stop for hours with some good music on. Then I played wow, I was like.. Holy crap, this is easy. xD I still enjoy grinding with good music though, its like some alone time to think and such. Doing quests all the time gets boring aswell. Alot of hassle running around. Grinding /questing both have benefits I guess.

About grinding, it's depend on play-style you like. In my oppinion, each game has different standard and people are the one who choose which game is suit from them.

For me, I love to spend my time for do quests and grind with my friends more than just consentrate and boost up myself to be the most powerful player in server. (I knew many people with lvl cap and legendary equipments. And when they have nothing else to do...they start killing low lvl newbies for fun) So...lot or less grinding not effect me that much cuz I focus in the game's story and server's society more.

ps. I'm pvp typed player not pve

About balance between classes; I believe development team will do their best but as I said before everyone has their own charactoristic and taste.

easy example: you guys must know the game with specific class that "seems" to be more powerful than others. in case it's wizards, people who like mage-typed charactor will not complain but warrior or archer players will.(even it's just only one superior skill among fifty or how little detail it is)

AION has lot of things that different from games I've played before.(such as armor system; Heavy armor without weakpoint on magic)
well, finally it'll success or not? We shall see..^_^

for me, AION is a kind of hot spicy food..... I don't know I'll like it or not but you have to accept that it's very attractive and make you wanna try for a bite. XD

btw I have one question if someone can answer

I saw sorcerer use orb as her weapon. (in youtube) But as far as I know, spirit master is only one who can use it. Is that need specific stigma or not? (I plan to play sorcerer but I think AION's orb really looks cool, lol)

No you don't need a stigma stone to use orbs as your weapon ;D
