Yeah I like a good chanllenge, when you're with people that can actually player their class and know the tactics of the bosses and want to enjoy themselves the instance no matter how long or short is great.

I just don't want to end up with PUGs where they die on the first set of trash because they don't know what they are doing or heaven forbidden the tank doesn't know how to use taunt.

You mean like the crap that are the Necropoli and Catacombs in L2? Those aren't dungeons, they are fields with walls where you do nothing but kill respawns just like every other part of L2. And they all look the same.

All the instanced parts of L2 are extremely unrewarding though come to think about it every part of L2 is extremely unrewarding for the amount of time invested. And then there is the problem that if you are using S grade shots, no matter what you do you will be losing money unless you spend your entire time locked up in a town chatting all night.

Then you won't be happy when Aion comes out. The instances are easy enough to solo if you are a very good Cleric in a few cases, and I've read that aside from soloing, group play isn't too bad at all, but still pretty easy regarding pulls (mages make light work of extra mobs with CC). There is always room for improvement, and even on the forums, players have been asking for more of a challenge, so I bet they'll eventually get it.

He (we) mean dungeons ala Pagan/MoS/IT/FoG where u do more than just kill respawns - you fight for the spot. but lets just all go into a safe zone and grind the same instance in peace, thats what RvR game is all about
