Well it didn't say the actual beta did it?..It said beta sign ups...So might not be beta time just yet. Just gathering players who want to play to let out the first batch of invites when it does go live.

well i can't read korean so i didn't see anything anywhere on that sight about either a beta or beta signups or anything else. i'm going back to my waiting chair...

seems like the members of that forum know korean and they're treating it as fact...

I'm afraid the linked thread is not entirely accurate.

The 20th of June NCsoft Korea is inviting Korean press to join them in a conference at a Korean island called Jeju Island, where they will show several upcoming projects. However - Even though the Korean CB schedule is supposedly going to be announced (as written in the article on the Korean Aion website), as far as I know, it has not been announced anywhere that the Korean Closed Beta or even sign-ups for such will begin at the given date.
