I hope it is not as I and a lot of people out would prefer time out cards for reasons of there own me when u play a game u some times want 2 have a couple of days break and wnd when u get back in I find u injoy and play better if u over do it u make 2 many mistakes and u start 2 blame every thing else(game etc)and u go off the game total

Stop being cheap bastards. You pay monthly, which has always been the way in the western side of the world. If you take a week off from play you can not expect to have your account frozen for that week or anything that would save your time that you've paid for ... so again stop being cheap bastards.

Monthly payments save me a ton of money. I'd be pretty nyerked if NCsoft started charging me per hour. Well not nyerked, but I'd be paying them a lot more than I am going to have to pay now.

I remember arcade halls. There are many left from the 80's in Europe now a days. But don't you pay per credit where one credit = one life/play. So it's not really related to hour/money right? Or are you talking about a Internet cafe where you can play online games?

But you don't know if it will be cheaper to play per hour or a monthly subscription. You can't take the prices on china Aion servers and thing those would be the same in EU/NA. But if we would jump to that conclusion it would only be cheaper if you're online 18 hour a week, and that include how mush you play during weekends too.

I think most players play only 2-3 hours during work days. But there are very few that play only 2-3 hour every weekend during a month too. So if we we say that you play 5 hour one weekend during a month you would be better off with a monthly subscription. If they would had introduced a pay per hour system with the same prices as in china.

PS: Note that Aion in China is a licensed product and is not run by NCsoft.

HAHAH! that was a good one. Those so called F2P MMOs cost more in the long run to play as you will be forced to buy stuff for real money to be able to compeat at higher levels.

Yeah, the American economy is down right now, but there's still plenty of jobs. If you won't flip burgers or shovel dirt or some manual labor job to feed your family or pay the $15, you just don't want to play/eat bad enough.

I've applied at every fast food restaurant within 20 miles of me, don't tell my I'm lazy because no one will hire me. The area I live in is so overpopulated that there are no available jobs. Please refrain from speaking about thinks which you obviously know nothing about. That said, I have a source of income, although it can hardly be called a job. Posting fliers for cheap computer repair works, although I'd much rather have a reliable job with a paycheck.

Even if you can doesn't mean there's a need to if you're going to play very little and the same company offers a better deal for you in another region. No reason for them to not just use both systems here too; 15 bucks for unlimited and like 30 cents an hour or so otherwise, up to 45 hours of play in a month or so and you can just pay by the hour, want to play more just go for the monthly deal.

It'd be great for the moment I'd usually stop subbing but just want to hop in for an afternoon and raide with some friends .
