It seems a lot of people missed out on DAoC in its prime, such a shame. The game was one of the best.

There are a couple I can think of off the top of my head that you forgot.. which is Planetside and Tabula Rasa.

I played:
* Everquest 2 - First MMO. Played for a few years.
* Planetside - Started playing around the same time I started EQ2.. so kind of my first. Played for about 9-12 months.
* Vanguard - Played for about 4 months.
* City of Heroes - Played for less then a month. Got bored fast.
* Tabula Rasa - Played closed beta, open beta and release... which by that time I was bored.
* Pirates of the Burning Sea - Played closed beta, open beta and release. It was an awesome game and just keeps improving but not enough players which means not enough PvP.
* Age of Conan - Played closed beta, open beta and release. Had potential, really like the combat mechanic, but I ran out of PvE things to do by level 50.
* Warhammer Online - Was fun for a few months but I was often frustrated. Then scenarios stopped popping as often but zerging in the RvR lakes was more popular. I liked the scenarios but not eh zerging so I quit.
* Eve - Had a lot of fun but became impatient and wanted some high skilled PvP. Ended up leaving to go back to WAR which didn't last long.
* Lords of the Ring Online - I took a few month break and then decided to try the LotRo trial 2 weeks ago. I didn't notice how much I missed some good quality PvE and decided buy the game. So I am now currently being a noob in LotRO.

I pretty much played in that order. I often go back to some games to see how they changed or whatever but this is the order I started the games.

Conan had huge potential like this game, (and if I remember the 1st 20 lvls were very enjoyable) hope the Devs have seen what happened there and learned a lesson thanks to Funcom.

Does anyone know how this game will stand up in terms of Raid, bosses and end content?

I chose UO, EQ 2, SWG, L2, GuildWars, LotRO, and others - Dekaron(2moons). From these games i longest played L2 about 3 years, then SWG about 1.5 year ;]

I have only played 2 MMOs for more than 4 weeks Guild Wars and Tabula Rasa.
Tabula Rasa was a grate game that went before it time.
I played City of Heroes for 2 weeks and Age of Conan for about 4 weeks. Nether of witch impressed me at all.

I've played Ragnarok Online and Flyff for a little bit. Then went over to World of Warcraft for two years after release. Tried Warhammer Online but was disappointed after a month of playing it. Now currently looking forward to Aion
