VOTE NOW! For unoficial Oceanic (Aussie) server!

Hey guys, since all Aussie players will be spread out and wont be playing together I suggest we do a similar thing to what we did in World of Warcraft. Before launch of WoW the community decided all aussies and people playing in the oceanic region will play on Blackrock, 5 years later and even after Blizzard gave us oceanic servers Blackrock remains to have the most aussies playing on it.

Since NC Soft has done nothing like this it is the responsibility of the community to make an unofficial oceanic server for us aussies to play with people in our own timezone. I suggest that we hold a vote over the next few months and once its decided whether or not we like the outcome of the vote all players in the oceanic region play on this server.

I would like to all Oceanic Legions to support this vote and support the outcome for the better of the oceanic players. If Mark or any other mods could possibly sticky this poll as well as sticky the outcome it would be very much appreciated.

Talk with your legions and your friends before voting, if you wish to play on a specific server talk to everyone before casting your votes.

Aye.. me too. I know where the OP is coming from, but until we know the definitive list of servers and their hosting locations, it's still a little early.

Ayase - are you able to take note the importance of this issue for Oceanic gamers? It would help us greatly if you could give us this info as soon as you are ready, so we can get the word out amongst the Australian, New Zealand and Singaporean gaming communities.

Finally, having an Oceanic flagged server (such is done in other prominent MMOs) would make it so much easier for us to come together. MMOs are ultimately about the players and community, so hoping NC West can come through for us on this one.

Personally I won't vote on this poll as i would rather be on a server with the aionsource community in its entirety. I also generally adhere to a more solo style of gameplay, but with that being said when I do interact with others, it's great to meet people from all areas of the world.
