played beta yea... wasn't worth me p2p for it so i found low rate priavte sever for that game and enjoyed then moved to PT then wow now here x.x

China only let a lot of gamer play for so long or so little so make someone pay 15$ a month for only being able to play like 3-4 hours a day? Is kind of screwed when most NA player we try to go for like 12+ hours a day.

Still 120hrs a month for 15$. Paid in 1hr of work(average or so)!

It's because most MMO gamers in Asia play in Internet Cafes. As a result, it would not be cost effective for them to subscribe to a game they have restricted access to and so MMO operators in Asia provide customers with hourly rates to maximize their customers pay-to-play game time.

I'd love to see the system tried out over here as an alternative method purely because it would be more convenient for me but the reality is, it would also make NCSoft less money in the long term if most players used it.
