NCSoft have yet to confirm or deny that this is illegal. Banning accounts before such an official announcement has been made is a fraudunt act and a very bad business plan as customers have not been given correct or full information as to what they can and can't do.

This is unfortunately just reality and when it comes to consumer rights, NCSoft have just kind of broken every single policies in regards to the rights of the consumer.

All companies have different Agreement. Slightly different but different.

Anyway I read somewhere here that People outside USA playng USA Version will be IP Blocked and banned.

I can't actually tell you for sure that was the reason, I am still waiting CS reply to my ticket.

But, beside this, I don't see many other alternatives, considered I played the CB3 for just a 3 hours and I don't happen to remember anything particular I've done in that period.

Anthelios, if you have nothing constructive to say I would appreciate that you refrain from posting within my thread. This is not an "untrue rant" this is information is accurate and correct. I'm not ranting I'm just making the community aware of what is currently happening, this maybe indeed by a mistake on before of NCSoft; however if other people are effected by this then it's a bigger problem then it may currently be.

So again if you don't have anything constructive to post please go elsewhere to post your negativity.

Its not a law. Its just company rules and policy. They can refuse to let you use the product if you dont follow the rules. But you are not breaking the law. The police will not come and arrest you.

'I read somewhere' is not the same as 'they have made a clear announcement' - in fact those threads were all about speculation as no one KNEW yet whether there would be IP blocks and bans for people dodging them. Since this hasn't been announced and was still 'pending investigation' by NCsoft, it's totally unfair now to ban people, when they haven't been given due warning.

I can understand and fully agree that proof is always great to see; however if Tetsuo Ryuu for example posted his account status from the NCSoft Account Management page, there will be people who will say it's been photoshopped to say banned.

As Tetsuo Ryuu has mentioned he has spoken directly to Ayase in regards to this situation and he is waiting on a response from the NCSoft customer support department.

I'm sure he will be more then happy to post all relative information once he has received it.

This indeed could just be a mistake on the side of NCSoft, but like I mentioned in my previous post it's good to inform the community just incase this isn't a mistake.

last I heard NCSoft still wont confirm or Deny anything, or give us any idea how cross region clans can p;ay this game.
