I think the guy from the Leipzig performace vids talked about resetting skills, so I'm pretty sure they will allow it, probably for a fee but still.

I dont know. Are they basing the skill off of exp or lvl's gained? usually Korean games dont let you reset skills, exp if you dont have to worry about attributes.
