Males playing as females??

I don't think I've ever played as a male character in an MMO... wait no I did once...
The main reason being, the certain MMOs I played - female armour was actually cheaper to buy, since there are less females on the server, thus more armour going spare for them...

I'll pick whichever character I feel like at the time... If a certain gender gets benefits then I'll weigh up which gender is better and pick that. 9 times out of 10 due to the fact that 75% of the server tends to be male characters, female equipment is cheaper so I'll usually be female. If there's no benefit either way then I'll be male - unless the model looks REALLY bad.

Lets face it if your called weird by someone for playing a female character chances are they are just insecure. I mean it is totally gay for a male to stare at a female character for hours on end. It is not gay for a male to stare at another male character for an hour.

P.S. I do not mean gay people are bad by this comment it just helps prove a point.

um are you trying to sarcastic or did you reverse what you were thinking in your head 0.o . and btw for those who get annoyed by folks, theres a simple /ignore that can solve most problems, if not pk the person, if thats not a viable option just play the game and stop worrying about every single person...

I wouldn't play as a female character myself, however I have no problems with anyone who does.
If someone plays as a female character, I will treat them as a female ingame (i'm a bit into roleplaying, not to much though), unless they tell me not to.
However I wouldn't give them any advantages, gifts or anything like that.

I have always played girl chars, well b/c I like them better. But this is such a true point, I cannot say how many times when ppl find out I'm really a girl, then come the same stupid questions..."How old are you, where do you live, can I have your msn?" I play games for the game itself, not to have to be catered to by some teenage kid who can't get a real date. So pls...guys have it, play a girl char, let these kids bother you instead of us real girls

Trust me, I'll keep playing girl characters as long as they get special treatment. I honestly don't mind posing as a girl if it will get someone to give me some free crap. Like I said before, there are certain advantages girl characters get over male characters, it would be stupid not to take advantage of them.

Actual males playing females trying to act like them are like rainbow farts - they may look cute, but usually smell different.
Besides that, Kona-Chan's digital beefy black guy will annihilate all those having a bizarre pixelboo.by-fetish anyway.

Infact, real girls playing female chars in games usually never ask for ingame money while acting like *waiii ( ＾ω＾)* (they play to have fun with others... and almost no girl has the main goal to be one of the best, therefore making them non-robbers)... so it's easy for me to find out who's real and who's not (but I wouldn't give anyone money for free anyway, "it's all MINE" xD - it's funny how some of them call you an ahole after saying that lol).
About boys it's rather like... greed (I get to my final goal faster if I rob ppl O: ) > pride, cause they don't have to show their real faces and just call other people liars as they feel. xD

It is a HASSLE when you are a girl playing a girl and you get hit on 24/7. Especially if you are a mage and your clothes are itty bitty. I knew of a girl who played a Tauren Male on WoW simply because she was sick of men hitting on her(And NO ONE is going to hit on a Tauren). And if anyone asked if she was a male or female she'd say male.

I know plenty of guys who play as girls and their #1 excuse is: "If I'm going to play a game for hundreds of hours I don't want to stare at a man for the whole time." Only it's usually said more crudely and with horrible spelling.

Do they really think this is an adequate excuse for playing something they aren't and mooching items off gullible males? Just because they wanna stare at some cyber-booty and get lewt?

In my humble opinion it's not. Sorry boys, if I was looking to flirt with a guy I certainly wouldn't do it with one thats masquerading as a female.

I play just what I feel like. It's a game, thus making it your choice how you want to play and act like. But as soon as someone does some weird crap like asking for money as a female char that's just wrong and weak. It's as simple as that.
