They're aiming for a worldwide release.

I've not heard anything about a worldwide open beta. But it's a possibility to test the game out worldwide in different languages to get it tested that way.

Also would help them see how well the servers handle things in the different regions.
Just watch what you're saying because these things can make rumors very quickly.

I'd love to learn some.Even if i wont be able to speak Korean i'd really like to be able to read something in all those videos and sites.

Lets say u are Korean and live somewhere else atm.But u do have that thingie code/number and u are a Korean citizen.
Can u log into AION beta from lets say, England?
