Anyway, Houdan and Kailrem are the two names I use most, and I always get them. If you check the armory on WoW there are 2 of each in the entire game. Both Kailrems are mine and until like two weeks I was the only Houdan, but some **** made a gnome rogue and got it 20 before apparently quitting... what a little *****... probably a trial account.

Yeah I don't like giving my name out especially since I just invented a new character name for myself, which I've never seen before I started using it, then all of a sudden someone is taking it. Thats why I'm going to be there the literal second Aion opens over here to reserve ALL of my names.

Also, on the note of names, I rather dispise names that are references to things either in the real world or other games. I hate seeing 'Sephiroth100' or 'Rikku1995' or 'Bahamut' or 'Terminator' (which initself isn't too bad of a name I guess, but you get the example)

I also dispise names that use numbers and/or caps in stupid ways, such as 'D34TH' or 'ThIsLiTtLePiGgY'. While not as annoying, I also think that the xxxx names are pretty lame too, i.e. 'xxxAngelxxx'

My biggest pet peeve of in game names is the perverted ones. I don't know how many MF dark elves I've seen with promiscuous names. 'InURdreams', 'MissTeta', 'WillDanceforMoney'; Its all so lame!

Oh, that and names that horrendously refer to the character type/class, Such as a kamael in Lineage 2 named 'Kamael' or the MILLIONS of variations of 'one wing' or 'wing' named Kamaels. Drives me insane.

But on the same note, I like cleaver names that don't really allude to something, but actually do, Such as a tank named Stonewall. I find that hilarious, clever and inventive. Things like 'MeatSheild' as a name makes me sad.

Now while I don't like these names personally, on mules or alt characters, I can understand. I just wouldn't want to be running around being known as 'UgetMEwet' (A name I've seen before) ((Thats also a guy))

I like to be emmersed, and sadly I usually have to turn off other player names in the game or the atmosphere is just completely ruined when a guy named 'CookieFactory' runs by.



All names in this post are REAL names I've seen before, and its quite sad.

I have always liked changing cool sounding words i found and replacing vowels with cooler letters, like my personal favorite Schym. mostly i avoid anime names, cuz they are usually taken and then its the whole numbers for letters ordeal, which is a pain in the a**.
then another is the only kanji i know... Raibaku... hell i am not even sure if that works...

Unless you played a game with me before or you know what I've named my computers... or ( oh man, but this is sad ) you know my nickname, which is actually the name of my avatar in WoW. Oh god I hate it when people refer to me by my WoW name ( and to think, it all started when I visited my friend who opened the door and accidentally greeted me by my WoW name ).

That said, CaptainKillDeath and his successor CaptKillMoreDeath have got to be some of the most annoying names ever made.

Yes! I am going to install aion and create my character the day and second it comes into the store. I already pre - ordered and I'm just going to make my characters names and classes and reserve them for later use

I notice there's a lot of Japanese names on this list, when the game was developed in South Korea.
Shrug'.
Maybe add some korean names.
