I wonder how good the free flying system will be when the engine wasnt built with free flying to be a major part of the game?

I would love to get wing upgrades, that would be sweet =D

haven't played SWG but the player customization for CoH/V was massive, tons of different options

I would like to see something not too complicated, as complicated tend to look ugly sometimes :P Like black wings that are more or less torn would look good. Simple and cool.

as previously stated MASSIVE like i couldnt even delve into i my character was bland and normal at best becuase i got so obverwhelemde meanwhile people hasd superman chars and and hulk chars and if you wanted to you could spend n hour jsut creating your char. i REALLY liked it my guy was a martial arteist with a dark eerie triabl tatoo all over his body and ragged tied pants on... i really likes it oh and a mask haha

Akoni is right about the character customization. City of Heroes has so many different options for every part of your characters look, it is ridiculous. Not a single person in game will have the same look as you (unless it is planned together) and even allows for multiple costumes for each character. The only downside is that armor and the like don't have any attributes and are solely for the looks.

Wing's with sharp blades on the end so you can actually use them as weapons, and also with armour! Just think about that!

the quote from the translated article was that the fallen won't grow wings. in all the videos we've seen the wings magically grow from the backs of the chosen. theres been some speculation as to whether this means the fallen wont use wings, or whether it means the wings will be a permanent attachment.

personally, i think the fallen will have wings, but they will probably be a permanent attachment to the back. whether they shrink or grow larger for ground and flight use is something i could speculate.

i also quite like the idea of the wings also being made of feathers, but darker shades, like raven or crow wings, however, with them being incredibly tattered, even maybe some of the bone showing through. if not feathers, they maybe your classic bat-wing, but very tattered, maybe with some trinkets tied on the main supporting spoke of wing.

Did you read the quote? They dont get wings and i dont think its a play on words or anything, they probably get flying mounts.
