One thing I worry about though; gathering 1 "thing" 5 times? That just sounds like they wanted to make gathering very boring and repetetive. I'm going to hate clicking a resource 5 times + looting of it. :/

Thx for the info I was wondering when there'd be more news about the game. Great Translation once again. Although I do hope that getting your lvl up won't be that easy.... That would be a big disapointment kinda because you'd be able to get high geared armor very easily too not to mention... But thx again dude

Yeah that'd be a huge disappointment to see this be a 1-2 day grind to get your gathering to Lv99 >.< I hope this is more like crafting and takes the long road to finish. That way, as you reach the Gem Stage in gathering, you can turn around and use that for your crafting if need be, and save some money~

Only thing i worry about is if the crafting system will be broke to where certain items can't be crafted by us and only by an NPC.

they already have the professions active on the beta, this is an impossibility at this point since so much footage showing players crafting a wide variety of items.

I must mention the cooking system looks phenominal, an actual kitchen will really make it immersive.

Indeed Zanny. The crafting system looks amazing. Flipping pans, adding ingredients, just so advanced. I can't wait to see the hammer down on Plate Armor for Armorcrafting

They had to take that out to accommodate UI mods and custom emotes.

It would be a nice touch if there could be a kitchen in the after-release player housing!

Just to clear up any confusion or misunderstanding, gathering skills contribute to proficiency level, (referred to as p. level in the article) which is like mining/fishing/whatever gathering profession level in many other games, not your character's level.

Jamein I'm interested to see if proficiency is the only offhand skill, or if they'll include Fishing/Mining and other things as well~ Would be neat to see these "Subcrafts"
