Stalling at Login/Authentication Issues? Try this!

This may not work for everyone but it has seen some success in other threads. For example, I'm on Shaw Internet and it let me in after I did it. It seems to work well for west coast canadians as well as some Euro people.

You need to edit your Extra Command Line Parameters in the Aion Properties.

NA: -ip:206.127.153.247 -port:2106

EU: -ip:206.127.147.28 -port:2106 -cc:2

edit: also apparently a NA person had some luck with -ip:206.127.147.28 -port:2106 without the -cc but I would try the first one initially.

It looks like this (NA Version):

I tried it but still get the same message I have for the last almost 7 hours. Can not run any more client!

As far as I know "can not run any more client" is still an unresolved issue.

Its also been reported that Kapersky Internet Security 2010 is causing issues with not letting people past the login/authentication screen. If you have that, you may need to clear Aion with it or try uninstalling it.

I got it once, re-loaded the game and it worked fine

Luckily didn't have to use this at all. But I've bookmarked it anyway in case I get a repeat of the problem!

I used the gamepath workaround that was figured out for the lag issue and that got me in.

Of course 3 guesses as to what the first response to my post on the beta forums was........"it must be your ISP"

Sorry no its not my ISP has not been my ISP since beta 5 and won't be my ISP if this isn't fixed before launch. Whatever the issue is its on NCsofts end and has been for the past almost 2 months now.
