well some swedish friend linked me up with a nice skill table on wiki.
dunnu if its posted before allready
not all skills are included but it gives a nice overview for the time being .

"Divine Power Explosion - Gather the energy of the divine light and destroy all enemies around you. All DP will be consumed."

it's a command spell for your summon I believe.. I think its basically "Do special attack" command... But I'm not entirely sure.

Nope, the command spells have "Command" in front of them.

(Unless it's a typo.)

I'm thinking it could be like a cubic from L2, a miniature summon that sends a nuke at the enemy every time a certain criteria is hit.

Like, every time your hit, there's a 10% chance it'll nuke them, or something.

That spell cant be a correct translation.

the lists are in german but u should be able to get an overview of the dmg dealt or mana used

as for the skills lvl 30 and higher u shouldnt pay too much attention to them cause the dmg stated there just cant be true, at least not for the gladiator^^

that only applies in PVE tho

u wont kill everyone around u in PVP if u use that skill, and i think it req. that the ppl around u feed u r smthing untill u got enough "energy" to use teh skill

what i noticed in this game is more ppl tend to go for range fighters more than in close
