Hope it gets a little better than that. A clean do this or do that option isn't all that different from Success / failure seen in other MMORPG's. If it was something like choose this ending and you'll get this reward and this follow-up quest, choose the other ending, different reward and no follow-up (or different follow-up) I'll be all over that stuff.

0 Stat Clothing, like actual clothing items instead of armours - for wandering round town and showing off or whatever.. Would add a nice RP element imho.. =)

im for Active NPCs / Ambient Crowd Noise, seeing a NPCs 24/7 at the same spot would just destroy the feeling for me

I love the idea of Active NPCs, but according to this article (which was posted in news a while back), it seems like it's more or less in the game already:

Granted, the proposal in this thread seems to take it a little further, but the essence of it is already there. The only addition I can think of would be, say, wandering merchants in the field. But maybe those are in already too?

With that said, I nominate Dynamic Mob Spawns.

When that happens people will no longer do quests for the fun of it, but instead, choose the path that give the most valuable or most quantity of rewards.
