It makes me cry everytime I see any information on Aion beta's etc as I just know it is going to be forever until we see it here in the states.

Although, US/EU Betas MAY not be too far off. Afterall, the gameplay is already in place, they just gotta do a *#$@ton of translating.

/me wonders if they have had a team translating working on the translations during development. In my opinion, it would have been a VERY good idea for NCSoft to be working on translations even before the game open in Korea.

the upcoming media events will be a good judge of how far along the translations have come... assuming of course, content is playable outside the noobie zones...

It would be nice. I think thay should have this translation going, if they want to show Aion on incoming GC 2008. It would simply look better than untranslated :P

Also don't forget Aion is going to be a PAX which is almost exactly a month away. I am going to assume that they will be showing off the English version there. Again, we don't know how far they are into the translation process, but I have a strange feeling they are farther ahead than many of us think

Your assumption is correct, PAX will be showcasing an English Aion client.
