Wtf i got banned ?!

Okay, just tried to log in and just found myself BANNED ?!
I recently made an alt, bought a couple of Lv.7 items and sent them to my new spiritmaster along with 4k kinah and i get friggin banned, WTF ?

This is way out of order, since when has it been against the rules to sent your own character some loot ?!

Like i know NCsoft are cracking down on gold sellers and bots, which is a good thing, but when that crosses over to banning innocent players then WHAT THE F*CK!!!

I also got banned, not sure what for with them not sending me an email or anything.

I got home from worked, excited to play, only to find out that my account got banned in the few seconds I restarted after a video settings change. Sent in a ticket, expecting to wait gad knows how long for a response.

Not sure what the deal is, but they need to fix their ****.

So nyerked right now, obviously (i hope) this will get sorted out by sending a support ticket and having some GM check the logs to see that i did nothing wrong, but still.

Still..... I shouldnt have to send a friggin support ticket and wait while game logs are examined to proove my nyerking innocence when im paying to play this game and have never done anything wrong while goldspammers and bots are happily grinding away.

******** NCSoft, ********. Better compensate me for this Somehow or i'm not paying for next month. I dont pay to be treated like a criminal.

Even if its for legitimate reasons (which I highly doubt since I have done NOTHING illegal, hardly even have time to play because of work) they could at the very least explain themselves.

im not a god damn gold buyer by any means at all.
I sent my new spiritmaster 4k, thats it, 4,000 kinah and 4 green Lv.7 items i bought from the auction house.
I have a Lv.34 Templar and sent the money via the mailing system.
Im a respectable player, the guy who did the razer naga review at YouTube - TheDarkxiel's Channel So im not f*cking around here.
I literally just logged off to let my girlfriend send some emails, came back and i was banned, with no prior warning what so ever.

How do you send a ticket ?
Do you mean just sending an email to Uksupport@ncsoft.com or whatever ?

To those of you saying im lying, im sure lots of people have paid for gold, but im not one of them for f*cks sake!!!!
This is a serious problem that innocent people are being banned in the fight against botters and gold sellers.
Even if i wanted to buy gold i literally dont have the money to.
You dont know me or anyone else here so dont dare accuse anybody of lying you filth, i've put so much time and love into this, to get banned for no f*cking reason without any explantion what so ever.

Its out of order.
