It would probably be done in a similar way to WoW, where once you create the first character you are registered to that server.

It looks like our fears of not enough content or blah blah blah being too easy/hard will be met and taken care of. Hopefully there will be testing done on these so it wont turn out too bad.

They're giving SM abilities that pull enemies down from the sky? More of that, please! I wish I could have done that in WoW.... stupid safety-mode flying mounts! >_<
