- where are they exactly?
- can they appear more often?
- why are the Asmodian rift exits at exposed ground level versus Elyos rifts which exit at higher ground?

I don't raid forts because I find zerg vs zerg to be mind-numbingly boring, but if crashes are happening, that should be the highest priority.

That said, in-game GMs with the ability to account ban that will investigate every report and an easy to use in-game ticket system with preselected options such as:

1. Attach Chat Log for reporting trolls and spammers.
2. Report Target Player for Botting and or Private Store Gold Spamming
3. Attach Quest to report a bugged quest

GM support should really be 24/7 in an MMO, even if one GM has to span several servers off-peak. There should also be a GM chat channel for people to get to know their GMs.

1. Actually do what you have been saying your working on .. theres no updates on anything.
2. Bots and goldsellers .. in the eu there are no gms .. and to be honest if there are they should be fired ..on castor amos side there is now 4 goldselling ad stores outside the bank , at least one in every town ... one gm could ban these .. but nothing has been done.
3. Constant crashing .. I understand there is a fix but .. we shouldnt have to do that it should be patched and fixed.
4. Please stop feeding us spin .. some of us have come from lineage 2 and have seen all this before. Why after 5 years have ncsoft not learnt a thing ?
5. some of us bought aion from steam .. if you cant control your game why not ask valve to use their VAC game guard? It works and could easily stop half the crap you seem unable to deal with.
6. The spam filter was great and gave me hope that something would be done .. but after that .. nothing. Why wasnt there more done with it?

Put ANYTHING else above those 2 on the priority list, and you will have a failed game on your hands. There's plenty can go below, fine, but these are it, make or break.

If you don't like the idea of filing unemployment next year, make it a list of 2 priorities with everything else a distant, distant 3rd.

1) BOTS BOTS BOTS! Can't quest, ruining the broker and stealing my mobs and exp.

2) NO quests after 35ish! They simply stop coming. How can you start the game so full of the quests then make it a huge a$$ grind boring fest?

3) Kill stealing! We aren't Korea... We do not like having our mobs stolen and our exp ruined by other people.

4) The abyss forts... waste of time if you aren't in the legion... NCsoft said ages ago that things in Aion wont be legion controlled like L2... yet here it is... FAIL

5)Boring melee instances... same thing almost every instance...

6) No loot.... COME ON! 5 hours on Steel Rake for a green? 30min to 1 hour in Fire temple for kinah? Huge HUGE HUGE waste of time and makes you wish you didn't bother and makes you not want to go back.

3.) Now this I have an issue with. I used private stores a lot to make some good kinah during those levels. Kept me in top shape gear for each level. Point 1 already address this issue by limiting thier holding value.
4.) Also a meh. So what if a 15 is gathering in 30 areas. if he can survive to do so, who cares?
5.) How would you go about filtering this via name filters? Even if you did they would just start to make names that would surpass this feature. They already do have some with more "stealthy" names like "Igngold" or "Gamegold"

In game GM's would alleviate a lot of headache from all of these issues anways, so #1 suggestion should just be implement some.

Bots, more than anything else. That's what makes me log on less and less frequently. Well, that and a good book.

I took sometime to really think this one through, and these are the two biggest issues I found that effect me while playing.

1. CrySystem.dll Crashing. I did look for generic fixes with latency and fps but alas nothing has worked for me. So I wait for NCsoft to get around to fixing the issue.

2. Mouse disappearing act and clicking issues. Ultimately this is my biggest issue with the game. There's nothing more infuriating than being in a battle with your opposing faction when your mouse decides it's time to disappear.

Nothing new to bring to the table, but one more player reiterating already stated issues won't hurt.

These are truly game breakers:
1. Crashes.
2. Bots.

Now significantly smaller issues (in no particular order):
3. Instance drop rates. I'm not asking for a big increase, but if bosses aren't going to drop anything, maybe a cache at the end of the place with 5-10 different crafting fluxes.

4. Benefit to grouping. A little XP bonus and drop rate increase would encourage grouping a little better than it does now. I'd settle for an increased vendor trash drop rate.

5. I'm only 37, so I don't know anything quite yet about how the end game grind is. But apparently it can get bad. XP Boost patch can't come fast enough for some.

6. A way for smaller legions/soloists to gain abyss decorations outside of fortress sieges. Completion of the Spy/Group quests, repeatable abyss quests, or even rewards for capturable "waypoints" while rifting would all satisfy that. It would also add another option for the bigger guys while not attacking/defending.

They know what are the top priorities for weeks (that would be bots and crashes, there are new threads about it everyday for WEEKS), they promised gm support 24/7 "very soon" (Hi ayase) weeks ago but they have done nothing about it so far and now they ask WHATS WRONG ? Sounds more like Tamat is trying to justify being on the payroll without actually doing smth useful. (I dont mean to insult Tamat but this topic makes me feel like they are playing with us, its like asking someone that just got shot what do they need)

1. BOTS!!!!! The game is saturated with them, many of whom are even 40+ despite being REALLY OBVIOUS. I've reported countless bots, and some are still there even after weeks of reporting them! Are you guys ever going to do something about them? They're really annoying.
