AION #1 on MMORPG

I lost the old thread where we were talking about this but AION is #1 on MMORPG. through the efforts of you and all the other loyal fans we brought AION to the top. Even over the recent announcement of SWTOR. Way to go guys.

Sorry if I sounds dense, haven't been keeping up on game releases, what's SWTOR?

Also I already knew AION was #1, didn't need a poll to tell me that.

Yeah its a new mmo under development by bioware, I beleive it is based on the kotor games, but unsure about that.

Anyway, onto aion. Yeah, now Aion is the top hyped game in development on mmorpg.com. However, if you notice, it is actually drawing with 5 other games - so it isn't anything special. Besides - its just hype anyway - we all know Aion is best

P.S Has anybody else noticed lately that sw:tor dissapeared from the hype meter on the main page? It was leading with like 7.34, with all the others (including aion) on 6.something I beleive. They all seemed to change drastically recently - anybody got an idea why or am I just seeing things?

there were massive bans for accounts which only purpose was to dehype games, Aion came victorious out of that bannhammer.

Lol its quite funny, I was wondering why Aion got a rating of 6 point something and now its 8 point something. Anyways, no need to take MMORPG.com's hype meter seriously.

Hell Age of Conan was on top for a good amount of time and look what happened to that

I just don't get why you would release a game so early. wouldn't the extra time/money they put in to put off release a little longer prove to be more profit in the end anyway?
