Well there are only three easy steps to do:

1) Report the bots as often as possible.
2) ???
3) Profit.



Just kidding. :P This is how it goes:

1) Report the bots as often as possible.
2) The moderators ban them.
3) QQ on threads about how there are still more bots.

Rinse and repeat.

My idea is this: Ban the credit card that they use to pay for their subscription!

That's interesting.. I'm sure we'll all see our share of bots and automated macros players use, but hopefully NCsoft will be able to prevent the majority from ruining the game completely. I can deal with goldfarmers, but speed hackers and all the other stuff.. simply ruins the game. I'm glad this is a PvP(vE) game, though!

To be honest well i dont think bots will ruin this game..., first cause the gold farmers only survive more in games like lineage 2 were all its hard to get ...lvl its hard get, the gear even harder so instead of ppl waste months or even years to achieve something they can get in 1/3 of the time they will feed the Bots and bot themselfs ...!
Aion its a step ahead i mean more friendly user more restritions in valuable items..., and i think GMspam its in the team of Gm in lineage 2 he was the God of ban so i think they will have no mercy against Bots(farmers) or Bot users(normal players)!
Only reason i left lineage 2 wasnt cause of bots but cause of the mindless grind after lvl 79 wich its stupid i dont even whant to remember of it...Aion will have a bit of grind but the pain of l2 grind prepared me and i think will be like walking in the clouds :P

They'll just be easy targets for rifters anyway. You could form in game enti bott organization that has players from both side. As soon as you see a bot report it in and send somebody to kill him just for the fun of it.
