Nothing new..nothing... jumpshooting? Nope... I can even do a similar thing with my Sorcerer!

It's movement bonuses (the small arrow under your character that gives you certain bonuses while moving in combat mode) that now don't affect while jumping.

And really, I felt aliviated after reading the instances info, once every 12 hours, so people can't go and farm there forever, they'll be exposed to the abyss and that's always nice.

"Individuals: Upon victory, the top 100 participants (based on Abyss point accumulation during siege) will be rewarded a portion of the earned gold and achievements. Rewards will be delivered by mail."

Do we know for sure how these abyss points are accumulated?

I'm starting to seriously reconsider my first class choice of healer, if you can only get abyss points by killing the opposition.

It's shared with the whole party, so, if a balaur gives out 300 abyss points, you'll get 50 wether you touch it or not. (if your party is complete, that is ) You have to be in range though. You can stay at the back and heal there, but don't get too far away or you'll miss points.

If thats the case im happy =)

I think they should allow jump shotting until they decide to boost archers.

I'm a little confused about the wipeless OB uproar. I've never played a game where OB characters were wiped. It's closed beta that gets a wipe, and OB where everyone gets in, just continues on into the official launch as if it were actually part of it.

I've played a lot of MMO's from CB to Official and that's always the way it's been.

i havent read through all nine pages of this thread, but since they eliminated jumping while attacking does that mean the ranger "bug" is gone?

If you mean rangers being able to attack while jumping, then yes; that's what a lot of people are currently arguing about (whether it was fair or not). If you mean something else, you'll need to be more specific.
