"everything we can do" is so vague though and can mean very little or alot based on what "everything" is referring to.

Maybe a statement like "We can guarantee that Aion will not have the bot problems that plagued Lineage 2" would be a better and more binding statement.

and BTW NCwest is doing there best to rid the servers of bots in L2 but i guess you didnt read up on that either NC austin allowed L2 get that bad

A few points to accompany it:

1) Official Forums will always contain negative feedback. It happens and will in the long run improve what we have. Any game has it. As someone mentioned, unfortunately a forum does not always reflect upon all the positive things, which tends to skew the aura it emits.

2) We will do absolutely everything we can about bots and other spawns of illegal secondary markets. I've said it before and I'll say it again. As will similar ones be in the future.

Now we know Ayase is at least as old as I am ( and as I mentioned in the demographic thread : I'm antique ) , mentioning Exterminator - and Audiogenic,omg - is enough proof of that .....

NCsoft and bots? No way, it is all lies! Just look at Lineage 2, all there are legit except these 90% of botters/ebayers/cheaters.

I said many times and will say once again - main goal of NCsoft is money. If they decide that bots are good income, they will let them run free as it was in Lineage 2. If you expect that with Aion will be diferent, then you are all naive or even stupid.

There is a huge difference between L 2 and Aion though and that is the marketing .They want this game to succeed in both east and west . It is their flagship product and they can't afford it to fail in either hemisphere . L 2 was different in that it was primarily developed with asian market in mind and only after long time introduced in the west .

Besides : we only have official responses to go by and if Ayase says they're tackling the issue we have to give them the benefit of the doubt . Until proven otherwise : I have to take their word on this . You can take negativity too far as well.....

NcWest is cleaning up the bots as fast they can go since NCaustin allowed it get so bad. NcSoft posted on there Korean forms that they are now going to sue/Bann IPs for boting and the gold buying.... the sue part is for teh gold sites

Have to confess I haven’t read the 23 pages of posts in this thread. Just the first one was more than enough to me.
I don’t give a cooper to a post made by a person that is not playing the game and is ending with conclusions like “Pathetic Class balancing” based on posts in official boards.
If you have ever played an MMORPG you know for sure that after any release, expansion, update and minor change forums get invaded by people crying about what was done.
Moreover in this case, because I can’t read a word in Korean, I’m unable to see if the OP is exaggerating or just softening about the original posts and answers.

All in all, this post has no value at all to me.
I’m sure game will have class balance problems and other flaws at launch. It always happens, it’s just a question of degree and we will know about it when we play the game.

Edited: Deleted a sentence about the OP making comments about L2 and WoW, i got confused with another post. Sorry for it Eliot.

I have and last time I checked people still begging spam to clean out there servers because they're still filled with bots

you heard the saying kill one bot 2 more pops up. NcWest can only do so much so fast. If NcAustin done there job L2 wouldnt been this bad
