Account Options, Pinning your char

When I try to pin my character on the Armory, in account options, it says "char not found"

I put in the correct server and character name along with the stats of crafting. For some reason it doesnt work. Can someone shed some light on this?

it might be a server not on our list yet, whats your char name and server name?

Doesn't work for me either, and I'm on Nezekan as well. Name - Koragon.

Same here, also on Nezekan. I tried it the last few days but it didn't seem to work.

I'm on NEZEKAN - Ragz and the pinning works ... for my lvl 15 gear. Perhaps not updated in the last few weeks?

Someone else mentioned the source of the issue is the spelling of the server name on the Armory. The spelling is Nezakan on the Armory, Nezekan ingame and I recall a post about it, but I'll be doggone if I can find the post!

Now, why would I go to all that effort when I've reiterated what was said? That would just be silly.

I have contacted support and got a response in regards to this issue. The answer was pretty short "I think i know what the issue is, I will fix this tomorrow." He did not announce what the issue was nor did he do anything the next day. I contacted him again and he stated he was very busy with many projects so this is understandable but again i did not hear back for 2 or 3 weeks. I sent him an email the other day and still no reply.

They appear to know what the issue is and how to fix it but they haven't made it clear what it is and they haven't gotten around to it. I respect that they are busy and applaud them for making such a wonderful site but i would like to see it up and running soon. In my opinion a quick "bug report" to the form Mods by everyone it is affecting may help them pinpoint the issue faster. Tell them what web browser you are using, what the name of your char. is and what the name of the server is. tell them what you did to trouble shoot and this may help them resolve the issue faster.

im sorry this took so long, i had fixed it in the DB, but hadnt gotten the site taken down nd restarted to fix it, we are gonna be pushing a data update later today to address some translation/localization changes, that will fix this as well

Thanks, its ok its understanding that you guys are very busy as you have such a great site and i am sure your own life's. I my self have to relearn xhtml because im going to build a legion site for aion but its going to take ages. Best of luck with everything and thanks again for fixing it.
