Cost+Materials required Spreadsheet

I designed this program to help me figure out the cost of making multiple sets of armor; Hopefully with this we will have a lot more intelligent crafters that will make sure they don't sell for less than that cost of making it in the first place.

On the left is the Costs of the materials that you need to buy (You can change the number in the Cost area so it fits what it is at the time) On the right you tell it how many of each type of armor you want to make. Underneath the total cost is the actual materials you'll need to make for example 17 steel chain 11 steel wire... ect.

The first sheet is only Regular items (blah items) 2nd sheet is Superior (Worthy) and 3rd and 4th are for the 400+ Armorsmiths that want to make heroic and better. Unfortunately I have only the Normal 'Sets' available at this time, so Basilisk and ect aren't up there.

Yes there are errors that I know of for Worthy gear consisting mostly of how many "High Grade Titanium Ore" they use. The reason is because Aion Armory itself has a max of 5 regents and I used it for all of my recipes that I based my formulas of off. If you know it you can easily correct it yourself in the sheet (Please tell me too so I can change mine) by scrolling down to the list of Recipes and adding the number next to High Grade Titanium Ore. - I already have the formulas set up to add them as soon as a number goes into its place.

I appreciate it I kinda wish I had added the prices for my server before giving it out so it would show its usefulness a bit more : ) Whenever I look at heroic armor and such I just am amazed at how much it costs After you've collected everything you could.

Anyone have the information I need to make sure the form shows the right amount of High Grade ore? D:
I have to find out the lvl 28+ Superior gear's High Grade ores so I can finish it. If people want I can add another sheet; for the Misc gears. From what I've heard- People don't make them cause they don't make full sets but if people do; I have no problem adding it.

I have done something similiar for myself as i am crafting myself a full set of blue level 23 plate armor (and chain for wifey). Since i harvest my own titanium and my own aether, i can usually sell greens a bit cheaper than others, all depending on the costs for the Worthy Armor Fluxes, as i never ever seem to get enough of those.

On our server Worthy Armor Flux usually goes for around 5k-8k a peice. For example the Worthy Titanium Plate boots take a total of 22 Titanium, 1 high grade titanium, 1 high grade aether crystal, 2 Worth Armor Flux, and a total fuel cost of just around 11.5k Kinnah(for refining titanium and acids to make the plates, etc...) So with that in mind, if i spend 14k on fluxes, I would need to sell a set of green boots for at least 25.5k to break even. I usually put them up for 30k.

Thats my strategy. Im not really sure what the "profit margin" strategy is for other crafters though. My price is a really small profit if you calculate in the time it takes to harvest, and the cost it takes me to get my skills high enough to craft anyway. But unfortunatly there are players on my server posting up them boots for 23k, 24, 25, etc.. if i did that, i'd lose money

Yea the misc. random items would be good, I know a few items are supposed to sell well but not really tried them other than the odd piece when I get a bunch of drops required for it.

Maybe re-name them Standard, Worthy, Expert, Master instead of the sheet numbers. Not sure if you can in google docs I took it straight into excel.

haha my problem was every time I was messing with it; I kept finding easier ways to do it; so I'd redo work just to make it easier to make. For a while I didn't have the top quick menu for the individual pieces of gear; I had just that list underneath and you had to scroll a bit to change how many of each you wanted. So if you guys can think of something else you'd want added I'll do it if enough people want it/I want it :P

Yea the only things I don't have are the amount of pure-grade ores for worthy gear; Unsure about Legendary items (tab 4) because Aion armory doesn't show 6th and 7th regent items- if they have them.

Forgot to mention last week, Worthy Titanium Plate Greaves is 4 medium not 6. Will double check when I get home since I am doing this from memory at work.
