Craft Expert Orichalcum Shield - Bugged?

Craft: Expert Orichalcum Shield - Recipes - Aion

I have this recipe, it's to make this level 45 shield with a chance to crit gold, I have all the mats but it says I am missing the expert major armor fluxes, I have loads of these on me, I tried a different recipe which also uses these fluxes and that one says I do have them. Anyone know what is up?

They have the same name but they're different fluxes (lvl 33 vs lvl 43)

MAJOR fluxes are for level 33 armor and the 35 shield. You should need SUPERB fluxes for lvl 43 armor and the 45 shield?

I think AionArmory is wrong in the materials list there.

Lvl 33-35 - Major Fluxes
Lvl 38-40 - Fine Fluxes

Lvl 43-45 - Superb Fluxes
Lvl 48-50 - Premium Fluxes

Right?

That would make sense, but there are 2 diff level items that are named the same ingame.

e.g.: the Alquimia Elites (44-45) drop Major blue Fluxes, but the Superb orange versions :-)

It sounds bugged. I am not high enough level to get those drops yet. But it looks like the database entry is "correct", while the name associated with the "Blue Superb" versions is indeed wrong. It should most definitely be "Expert Superb Armor Flux", as "Major" is for the lvl 33-35 range.

It's most definitely bugged. I've been through this one creating a bunch of Orichalcum as of late.

Both are named Expert Major Armor Flux.

There are two ways to check without putting it on broker:

1. See if it registers in your book (Only works if you're an expert and use this flux)
2. Enable your chat log, and link the item. If its item 152011035 its a 33 flux. 152011037 is a 43 flux.

Another thing you could try is looking at the lower level blue recipes you get for 33 armor, they call for Expert Major fluxes. So if it doesn't match that recipe, then it is the 43 version. Can do this without being an expert. And there are blue, non-expert, recipes for all levels of gear 33+.
