399 to 400 ? help

so I hit 399 yestarday and I got "expert Quest"
that Required Noble Shilde lvl 50

I can't find this craft scrol at borker in my server
how can I pass to 400 ?

any help plz ?

Are u sure its the 390 work order ? I got the reciepe from the 380 workorder aswell as a few other guildies.

They both work. Which one has the higher chance to get you the shield, if there is even such a thing, I do not know though.

Yeah, you definitely get it from the 390 work order but I read some people got it off 380 so I don't doubt that can happen :P I personally would just do 390 since TYPICALLY you get designs that are in that level range of the workorder.

And if you're looking for it on broker, don't expect to get it cheap. It will most likely be going for a couple of mil.

Quick question.......if you choose not to do the 399 quests, can you keep doing the 390 work order to get more green recipe drops?

This is correct. If you don't pay to level up to the next tier of crafting you can sit at 99, 199, 299, or 399 and grind work orders til' your eyeballs fall out and never level up. You can get more green recipes this way ... but it's not worth it in my opinion. It's not a good way of making money. If anything you're doing a favor for other crafters if your price on the broker is reasonable more than you are yourself.
