30 gloves are worth it if you're going to spend your pts. It's either that or speedboots but u can get that from the quest w/ 1000 horns/hairs from elites or buy the blue 33 crafted ones. Difference between 30 and 50 golden gloves is pretty much the stats and attack speed which goes from 6% to 8%. You can +10 the 30 gloves and be very well be set at 50...glove-wise imo. If you're lucky go get a higher lvl golden gloves with better a.speed from bosses/raids. But honestly from 6% to 8%, meh who cares no need to perfect a class when you're gonna throw it away when our version comes out.

Aim for 40 crafted blue sword or golden with a.speed built in (+14%/+18%) weapon wise, you gotta get one, at least a +14%. You ain't an assassin till you get that and the gloves w/ 6% which should give you permanent +20% a.speed =)

Gears comes second, if you can afford try to get 40ish blue gears. I was making money on the side so i always bought my stuff from others in order to grind with good gears.
