There seems to be an issue with the way the arm bends with thin arms. The joint gets squished kind of like when you bend a rubber tube.

Those sword (like 3 blades on each blade actually spin while it's out...SIIIK) or the "skins" of the ones i have are from a lvl 40 gold blade (drop) which i bought from AH and the other one is a crafted one lvl 40 as well with build in speed (one of the best end game weapons). I've also seen a lvl 45 gold blade as drop that has this skin. And the Elyos quest @41 or Asmodian quest@43 which rewards you with a golden weapon of your choice will have the same skin.
