It would be cool to see some pictures of the skills. I've never seen what paralyze or that other spin ability looks like! I'm trying to find them right now but no luck so far. I swear I had a picture of umm, heaven's edge I think it was. It's the nicest looking ability i've seen for the Sins sooooo I'll try and look for that too!

Update: Added screencaps to Whirlwind Slash and Heaven's Edge; added some stun durations.

I'm looking for some nice quality video of just the stun cinematics still but haven't had much luck. If you have any I'd love to take it off your hands.

Nice video! How would I go about editing that video? I only need like 3 clips from that but don't want to have to post the whole video over and be like "check out 36s, 56s, and 1 min" lol.

Haven't gotten my hands on a Paralyze godstone yet, but if it's effect is anything like the Paralyze attacks some monsters have (example: basilisks in Morheim, east of the Temple of Fire entrance) it completely locks out any and all actions. You can't move, can't use any abilities/potions, nothing. Very similar to Lineage II Anchor/Lightning Strike if you ask me.

Definitely sounds like the paralyze ability is more appealing than the typical stuns. The real question is can it be resisted more or less than a typical stun? Like is it classified as a spell, or in the same category as a stun?

i dont think god stones can be resisted, if the godstone has 5% chance to proc so each hit that landed on the enemy will have 5% chance to make the effect kick in, so ur already passed the "resisting" area imo, your way to resist their attacks is if u dodge/resist their incoming attack :x

Well in many games a proc can still be resisted, even with a low proc chance. What you said is logical of course but I think it still warrants testing to prove.

As far as i can tell i get my stuns/pulls/X resisted like 2/5 times in PVP but my godstone proc (got the paralyze Elyos quest one : Aion Armory Item) always land.

And I'd like to say that getting stuns/kd resisted is ok since stigmas and skills help but an enchantment proc shouldn't be resistible.

Thanks a ton. If there's an actual graphical effect while being paralyzed could you SS it and post it here? I haven't been able to find anything really pertaining to the Paralyze ability at all.
