Pardon the tangent, but where did this come from? Isn't 10 crit = 1%?

I have to kind of smirk to myself. I believe diminishing returns also hit at 450 crit in WoW. For those with a blowtorch at the ready yes I played WoW and quit because it's boring as heck. Looking forward to this game because let's face it, aerial combat will rock!

lol I was speaking as though the character in question had enough crit rate to be experiencing diminishing returns.

I thought DR was 50% not 26.67%? Either way i think its best to assume a character isn't experiencing DR since they will always substitute out other crit stats with miscellaneous stats to do so (re: WoW & hit rating).

lol you came into the conversation at the wrong moment that's for sure.

First of all Jmido and I we were talking about end game titles, so obviously I'd refer to the character as though they were at diminishing returns already.

At diminishing returns (400+), 10 crit=0.50%, 5=0.25%, and 3=0.15%. He asked me why +3 crit wouldn't be better than 6% speed, and I just threw out a random % in the region of what you would get from 3 rating. Basically showing how Jmido would benefit much more from a 6% speed title than if you would from a +3 crit title.

All speed titles are superior to any of the crit titles for that matter, not just 6%. Small doses of speed increase will be better than any current +crit, attack, etc. title.

Get me now?

Pretty sure movement speed also has a cap. I'll dig around.

I'd like to know that myself.

I know that you can stack chanter+bloodlust+scroll and still see a difference.

I dunno if there is a 'soft cap' or DR like there is on crit, but I remember someone talking about a maximum movement speed and maximum attack speed (well more like minimum, seeing as how the numbers would be low :P).

Off-topic I know, but I hate seeing people spread misinformation. There were never any diminishing returns on crit rating in WoW. At a given level, you always receive the same crit % from 1 crit rating, regardless of how much you have. The only exception was extremely high levels of crit (unattainable except for gimmick fights) where crit wouldn't increase due to misses and glancing blows preceding it on the attack table.

i would like to ask about the last name u used "fool" did u make ur char at the begining as "fatal fool" or just fatal and got the last name later?
and if u made a char with 2 names how do ppl PM u ingame?
