He could be different, because they could change the entire class tomorrow. To assume he will suck in PvE at this point is asinine.

i would have to agree with K, cause at anythime if they wish to, they could change it to a weak class. And thus have an unbalanced system.Thus making me mad..And you wouldnt like it wen im mad....

Indeed. Then vanish again relatively quickly.

I prefer permastealth. But if we are able to vanish that easily and quickly in combat then the timer may be a balancing factor.

Still, I wonder how it will work on openers. Because while 20 seconds can be a very long time in a fight, it's not all that long in stalking your enemy, especially with movement debuff. If it remains this length of time and they don't change it, then obviously that is not the role they have envisioned for this class.

We'll just have to wait and see and keep an open mind. I'm still very interested in trying the class out

im gunna be an assassin hands down, but iven though its my class i am hoping we are nor over powered... i can see something like *stealth, attack, stun, attack, flash step behind, attack* and the victim not even being able to swing or cast untill they are at 20% health.

also i wonder if u get caught in a ranger trap do u automatically unstealth. id imagine so =/

the assasin is agile and good with reflexes right? why cant there be a skill where the assasin would quickly realize the targets taking flight and it jumps up into the trees and to the target at a fast rate? and as for after the assasin breaks stealth there probly will be a skill to get him to shadow step or something behind the target so he can backstab?

im not worrying so much about assassins being over-powered than i am of assassins being over-popular. Just about every second bloody night elf in wow is a fricken rouge.

it also makes it harder to find guilds, because every guild would already be composed of rouges/assassins.

This is kinda simple, the people that hates assassins speak against them because they can find lots of excuses in order to weaken them. So if I'm an assassin, should I to speak against another class to try to take advantage as well?.

Also, the game is not yet enabled for most people here, so now is futile to talk about it because to speak based in videos is pathetic. I remember the Treasure Hunter in L2 C2 was too strong and what happen with them? from C3 were greatly weakened, that's called balance, and Aion going to need to get their own experience in order to get their own balance.
