Why are you playing Assassin?

W/e, I still thinking between Glad, assa, ranger and chanter...but I think I just gonna choose from glad assa and ranger since a friend is gonna play chanter , I think i'll remain on assa or go on Gladi, still gotta think on it and see more gameplay videos.
I think it would be cool to just make PVP between every classes to see what skills they have and their effects on other classes

I choose assassin because its the style of gameplay that i enjoy. Quick hits and lots of damage. But sort of leaning towards chanter as well so i don't know for sure yet its like 80% assassin 20% chanter for me so it will most likely be my alt.

I'm playing Assasin cause I like the stealth, dual wield, and playing style. thoguh I still don't know which fraction I'm going to choose

i play assassin because it somewhat reflects how i fight in real life. i cant take a tone of damage, but with my evasion i really dont have to worry about that. and with the speed and the ferocity of my attacks and my movement, i can dance around my opponent and whittle away at their life till they die. ironically i dont see assassins mostly as nukers, but as just speedy little buggers that you cant hit until it is too late

I really enjoy the high DPS output of the Assassin's but what really drew me to the class was it's stealth and it's evasion. I really really enjoy being invisible (What woud Freud think of this...) especially in PvP. If I have a certain person or class that I am aiming for, I really enjoy being able to walk in and basically kill anyone I want before trying to run off or die. Also, I'm very excited to see what an evasion focused Assassin would be like.

Coming off from a Resto druid and a Hunter from World of Warcraft, I wanted to play a dps class. I was going to make a "rogue" in WoW but by then I got bored of WoW.

Sadly, I plan on making an Assassin, a Ranger and then probably a warrior class character for Aion... in that order... >.<

From my past years with Final Fantasy 11 I've come to enjoy both 2 handers and DoT jobs (One being a Dark knight and the other being a thief). At first I was planning on being something of a Gladiator when I started reading up and getting more into Aion, but after watching some of the promo video's I decided Assassin looked so much funner. I mean, come on, turn invisible> stab someone in the ***> take off a nice chunk of HP > run away > Turn invisible > **** off target > Repeat game of cat and mouse.

Don't get me wrong I still love the barbaric, Run up and ****slap your opponent in the face with your huge *** weapon til it bleeds to death, but I want a little more- okay who am I kidding I just like stabbing people in the *** and ****ing them off.

IMO i think the DEV's can do better with this class. They seem to be nothing more than ranger / warrior hybreds that can go invis, stun, burst damage, with high crit. Now I agree with the inviso, burst damage, and high crit rate. But instead of stun (how can a sin stun if he does not use a hammer or mace, aka blunt weapon) he should have a skill that does fog or smoke witch will make your target lose sight of you, in that way you can go back into inviso. I also think sin's should not be able to use a bow but instead have throwing stars or throwing knives with a high rate of speed ( posion or weakening one's) but the range is limited. And maybe have a blind skill that will lower your targets ability to hit you. When you think of an assassin these are the types of things I think of........A killing machine that is quick at his job and gets out before anyone notices.

I like the idea of assassin. In warhammer Im playing a Witch Elf and liking it alot. Until I can get into beta (or something) and actually play Aion for a while, I wont be able to say exactly if I like the Sin. Ive always liked healers too, so I might go with that.

I've always enjoyed the Assassin type classes in all games I've played. Even though I have 0 experience with this game, I can already be sure it's going to be something I like. Man....I wish i could turn invisible and slit someone's throat in real life.

i'm planning to play assassin because i favor melee combat, but not being the spotlight (ie tank). i ABSOLUTELY can't stand being a caster, and i'm a little bit more pvp-oriented (cheap ganks ftw)

i was a BM huntard in wow (term of endearment, i swear), and it always sorta bothered me that i couldn't just beat the **** out of my opponent with something(effectively, mind you) rather than shooting sharpened sticks at him. sure, i played other classes occasionally, but i was just so shamefully obsessed with hunter pets....... >.>; that, and i used to play a ranger in GW. it's time for something new

i'm playing an Assassin, because in every mmo i play i always play the assassin type classes, i love the evasion,the high dps,the stealth,and etc.

I won't make it my main i am going with a sorc for my main but i will make one as an alt. I had one on wow and a couple other games that i forget the name of and i always had fun on them so i figured when i got tired of blasting the $#%^ out of something on my sorc i'll go burst some stuff down on my assassin for good old times sake.
