Difference Between Radiant Rune I and Divine Rune I?

1 you can learn from skill book while the other is a stigma, yet both says and does the exact samething. Any level 50s out there manage to get both skills? are they both on the same cool down. There's a divine rune I on my server for sale but I'm not sure if I should get it or not since radiant rune I does the samething. If they're both on the same cooldown then Divine Rune I is just completely useless...

Same cd, divine rune is more damage. Every class gets the same thing, a lvl 50 stigma thats slightly better than their lvl 50 ability. Nothing to complain about.
