Just a few questions

I'm planning on upgrading my ram to 1/1.5/2 GB but I dont know how much each stick of memory costs. Can anyone post me prices and tell me what currency so I convert it if it isnt in AUD.

Another question: How do I check what my PSU/power source is.
ROFL? Sorry, i'm clueless...

Just a few tips.
When upgrading your RAM, try replacing all of it. Ram modules from the same production-line are more compatible with each other. You can get good quality RAM for about 100 bucks per GB, depends on what kind of memory you need. If you are new to this I advice you to bring your PC to the computer store. RAM memory is very sensitive for static electricity. So doing it yourself can very easily damage the modules. Also the ppl from the computer store can identify and help you with the right memory. This way you don't end up with a memory module that isn't compatible with your board.

The power of your PSU or Power Supply Unit can be found on a sticker that is sticked to the device. Open up your computer to check it.

Cheers, appreciate it! Though I can't seem to locate where the sticker is.. I see something saying all this stuff about watts and amps, etc and it says Total output: 400W .. is that it?

Yep thats it.
400W is pretty good. Enough for mosts systems. I am running with a 380W PSU right now.

You can use http://www.pricewatch.com and look for memory. It'll give you a good baseline for prices. You can also check http://www.newegg.com. Typically, their prices are in USD unless they've got a localized portal for AUD.
