Computer Done!
Finaly Built, using it right now:
Q9450 @ 3.0GHZ OCZ 2000mhz DDR3 EVGA GTX 280 Velociraptor HDD 10K RPM 790i Ultra MoBo Coolermaster 700W PSU Antec 900 Thermaltake 120 Xtreme Memory is only running at 1600mhz stable, will not run at 2000mhz specs. Any ideas?

Can you post the exact model of OCZ memory that you're using? Are you using the "2GB (2x1024) D/C Kit PN - OCZ3FXT20002GK" kit? If so, have you manually set your timings to 8-8-8-8-28 1.9 and made sure the memory unlinked? Which 790i motherboard are you using? The eVGA board?
Make sure you're on the latest BIOS for the 790i. It can make a huge difference in memory support and performance. Also, make sure you try slots 0-2 and slots 1-3. People have seen different results depending which pair of slots they've been using. |

Nvm memory running stable at 2K mhz now. Simply had to change the slots it was in.
Lol you can't have it. It runs anythin throw at it.
