Radeon 4850 for your current and a Radeon 4870 if you got around 2,9 Ghz.

You dont need any disk to OC,just go into bios change FSB and CPU V.core nothing much to it.And i have OC Q6600 to 3.0 on the stock cooler it comes with wich is pretty crappy and the case for that computer on have 2 fans.

With ok temperatures of 45idle,55 Load.

For 3Ghz:
334x9 = 3006mhz
5ram/4fsb divider makes ram run at 417.5mhz
....right???

Now juts need to figure out how to acutaly do it...to google!!!

Don't do it without a proper Cooling system, grab a Zalman or something. Or wait and ask Howling, since he got a Q6600 himself he should know what cooling device suits it best.

V.Core 1.3v
FSB 333
Multiplier 9x

Yea i was thinking about that...downloaded speed fan and here is my core temps...
core 0: 52c
core 1: 52c
core 2: 48c
core 3: 48c
At like very low loads......lol my comps sucks balllllz

So if i try running lets say a 280 or x2 on my cpu.....ill only get 2/3?? of the performance???
