This happened when i tried to log in now, and so i though it was a client related problem, so i unninstalled the game, and when i try to re-download the game (again, its like the 4th time this beta..) the error continues.

Anyone know's why or any sort of help? Thanks in advance.

I have the problem of not having access to my account anymore.
Last night when the beta became available, I logged in straight away and played until 3 in the morning.
But when I woke up today I couldn't login because the game said "your account does not currently have acces to Aion"

It's not my computer or my client, because it does work when I log in with my friends account.
Anybody with the same problem?

my computer freezes as soon as I login and get to the charcter screen

anyone can help me please? I just can't understand the problem, after that I have to turn my computer off straight from the switch because it freeze and can't do a thing or even turn it off. anyone has that problem???????

Same here, and many people with this problem. Logged yesterday with no problems but today it won't let me. They tell us to send a support ticket, well, been waiting for hours and no reply.

Well i've gotten as far as loading in my charecter, taking a couple steps, and emmidietly dc'ing.
Would appriate if anyone told me anything, as in i don't mind if you tell me to do something with my computer, very frustrating not being able to play after trying for over 9 combined hours now.

Also it seems the game purposely brakes my internet connection, in order to boot me from the game.

Can't log in either. Same error. I received a mail that I successfully entered the key... and it won't let me in... great... There goes 25% of all game time this beta event.

I can't log in at all. I know my region settings are right, it just won't let me login at all. I type in my pass then my aion screen just freezes. I alt-tab'd out, and tried like three other times and it doesn't work.

i figured it out...apparently i have to purchase the game, before i am allowed to do anymore of the beta testing?? is this correct? if it is WTF?? is that all about pfffft

It depends what kind of key you got. Some keys were specifically only for a single event weekend.

I'm experienced TERRIBLE lag on the china servers too. I think its just my comcast, but my internet works fine..
