Can't log in.

I can't log in to either the betaboards, or the game itself, even though several of my friends are able to, I am using the key I was given during the Friends and Family, which I was told would last for all the remaining beta events, any official word if this is not the case, or am I just unlucky and my friends got in and the login server hates me?

*edit* "We are sorry, but this account currently does not have access to Aion"

maybe you have wrong region setting in NCSoft Launcher.

Same problem. Before 9:00p.m. I recieved a message like "your account is currently not allowed(?) to enter aion", atm nothing happens after inserting account-data and clicking okay. had to stop client via taskmanager

Any ideas?

Having the same thing only sometimes I get "dissconnected from server" but most often I just have to forcefully close Aion

Right now when I enter in my account info to log it, the game just hangs there and does nothing.

No idea whats happening.

It does do something if you just wait. It actually tells you you've been disconnected from the server and then shuts down

I have the exact same problem, I enter my account info, and the screen just stays the same... Only differance is that the crusor disappears and I cant click anything, the login screen goes inresponsive... And I ahve set region to europe, so that shouldn't be it.

My game is not crashing or anything, its just showing up that my account doesn't have access to Aion anymore, which implies that my account for whatever reason no longer works with this beta, I'm mainly curious if they made it so that those of us with F&F keys can no longer play, if we are done or whatever.

EU Login server is down

some people were fast enough to login to the real server...

Same thing happened at the start of the previous beta event too. The reason is that all players are trying yo log in at the same time and the game servers can't handle this kind of overload. You will be able to successfully login in a few minutes. It took me about half an hour last time. Unless you get the "wrong password" message everything is ok, you just have to wait. If you do get this message you should go to launcher settings->advanced and select your region correctly.

um im assuming the server crashed, just wait and im sure itll be sorted its doing it to everyone
