Lvl 19 Campaign Quest --- Anti-Khrall Measures progress problem

Anyone else having a problem / Bug .. of when you have to lure the captain for the second time, you get the Clip from the first time you pulled him, and unable to progress with this Campaign Quest?

Right, So.. After much Searching arround, and chatting in game i found out the following:

You Must Weaking the Captain to 10% or Lower HP before arriving at the Ambushing NPC's

This will allow for the progression. In which case, there needs to be some infomation in the quest to stop people getting stuck here.

I hope this helps others at this point.
