Game guard crash computer

So I have clean my computer and i didn't find anything that it's say, this happen on any game who has Game guard.

I would click yes to heal but i get a Shut down timer on my computer after it give me that screen.

Anyone know how to fix this? or even disable the scanner on it so its not looking for harmful stuff on my computer?

I try contact game guard but they have ignore my emails.

You have already sent us erl files. However they are not enough to investigate the cause of error. Erl files are log files that GameGuard creates while in operation. You can receive further advises on problems concerning GameGuard that were not been able to be solved through methods in FAQ.



Please try to run game after all deleting GameGuard folder. If the erl files re-appear into the GameGuard folder, the erl files should be sent us by e-mail. Please send us fresh erl files to game2@inca.co.kr. If you hard to find them, please exact GameGuard folder and send us or refer to the FAQ site as below.

So basically I can't use my g15 or an anti-virus program?

I used to run AVG and Online Armor but both of them caused Gameguard to crash.

Installed ZoneAlarm and Avira anti-virus and all is good now.

I use AVG and Windows Firewall and have no problem with GameGuard. Your mileage may vary, of course. Do you have GameGuard's personal Antirvirus installed too?

-cFosSpeed - This is a program with which it is possible to hack from. Its on many hack shields' list. However, the program will run, input is simply disabled. It is NOT the -purpose- of the program, but still often used to provide a backdoor.
-Cheat Engine (is suposed to but has no efect) - This is incompatible for what should be an obvious reason.
-Eclipse - COMPATIBLE

My G15 keyboard acts as a totally normal keyboard in Aion, meaning it does nothing special and the programs related to it, including the HUD, are disabled by GameGuard. Keep in mind that not everyone has the same luck with running GameGuard; for some, NetLimiter for instance is fine, but I know that disabling it allowed 3 or 4 people in the beta to play that could not before in an error 114 thread from a couple events ago.

Umm... can i Say this is terrible
Its like a medicine with the side effects that are worse than the original condition

Makes you think live with the symptoms or the symptoms of the disease.
And honestly i don't know how a internet game can be secure anyway with a user side checker. Its gonna get hacked and disabled. Certainly not worth the trouble for legit players. Aion - Props NCSoft / GameGuard - FAIL NCSoft

does anyone know hwo you initially tunr off norton, as i payed for it and do not want to ddeleete it as it is a good program, the only thing wrong wiht it is that its stopping me from playing Aion :O

Before, I could start the game but it would shutdown after ~2mins of playing.
After many hours of disabling different running processes I found out game works fine if the NetLimiter is disabled.
Ergo, NetLimiter is incompatible.

Right click on the icon in the ash tray.. Disable smart firewall It will ask you ho long... then your done... Don't mistake this for silent mode.

Hmm.

My G15 and my Razer mouse both have no issues with Game Guard. I can use all the buttons and all the macro buttons on my G15. I just cannot program a new macro while gameguard is up.

yeah so i just restored my computer to factory settings...wipes all programs and such, first and only program i install is Aion.....error 114...

whatever it messing up my gameguard came with my computer, i uninstalled the norton demo that was on it too and none of those other programs were on there...

i have a Dell Inspiron 1720, Vista
i dont know if my comp just has probs or whats up =P


if everyone has problems with this why doesnt NCsoft make one of these things of there own, like bliz's wardon
