Blues of Altgard (Asmodian stuff)

I get very bored at work waiting on phone calls. So I made a little guide that has the misc. blue items that drop in Altgard. This does not include any blue items that the Black Claw names can drop. I did this because it's quicker to have this information in one place then to keep flipping through the Armory to look for things.
