Why? The other team also get the same treatment. So it's not like you'll be disadvantaged in anyway.

Its not about balance between pvp targets its about balance between classes. Its true everyone can have chanters, but if chanters become much more powerful than other classes in different aspects they will get nerfed. If we start doing more damage than a true dps class or healing more than a cleric there will be nerfs.

That's the hard part about buff classes. As soon as buffs get close to other class stats, they get nerfed for it. What's fair for stat increases in games these days? Be even with other classes becoming stronger with the buffs, there's still a nerf to bring them down.

Well that's just asking for the unreasonable. It's way too extreme. If a buffer class can do more damage than DPS class or heal more than a heal-only class, then what's the point of making those other classes?

However, just because people roll with multiple chanters, doesn't mean they necessarily are better than any other professions. It can be a viable alternative, with different pros and cons with different setups.
