they should fix that like in GW buffs ( enchantments same thing ) dont last long so monks always have to be on thier feet

another plus on playing a chanter is /sit afk for 24 minutes ..my old CL in L2 used to run parties for us all night when he was at the level cap, he'd be playing guitar hero at the same time and we'd be like "give us COV!", and he'd yell "im in the middle of a solo!"

I wouldn't give party to an afk buffer if they can hit hard as they can. No free exp :P

Yeah but he was one of the first people to the level cap on our server, and giving us that uber buff...plus he ran us parties like that hours every single night for weeks . With another buffer without that buff it would be so much slower..and a buffer in l2 does so little damage it wouldnt really be any faster.



Bottom line is I think 25 mins is too long for buffs. If a buffer is there playing as a real person, he's going to have to buff no matter how long they last, making them longer just allows the ability to box and afk buff, even if people wont take advantage of it, I dont think its a good system.

Was I the only one who played a blade dancer in L2 ???
I remeber my group buffs lasted about 2-3mins max but where a nice bonus and I could deal a good Bit of DPS to back up myself.
The buffs where good but hed to be reapplide lots so I always had to be there.
But yes I don't like Duel boxing and Bots, really makes the game play redundant and that whole class redundant.

Why the heck do people want duel-boxing some much. If this happens I know a lot of people who won't want to play Aion. Heres the reason, what if I want to be a chanter.. and I can't find a team because everyone has their own chanter duel-boxed. That would totally wipe out the chanter race in Aion.

Thats so stupid to have duel-boxing in this game. EQ forbids it and so does WoW...

How did I not notice this? WoW forbids (and forbid is used lightly here) you from sharing accounts. There has been one case where someone 25 boxed and the GMs didn't do a damn thing to him ^^

you can stealth while flying. Unless they plan on taking it out.

this will be another bot heaven, if NCsoft want to take care of multi-box bot's they should have created aura-buff's for each class with at last 5 auras per class lasting for 5min or even less, so you cant run alone taking just ~3 chars to have all buff on you, but again this is what NCsoft did to L2 incresing buff duration and mading a buff class to everybody, look at L2 and you see what a StorScreamer can do with a Elven Saint+Spectral Dancer, they can drop full party's with an OP StorScreamer char... its a pain in everybody ***!!!

Chanters were scheduled to have aura buffs. Read the Wiki for Chanters please.
