Where are the skill trainers? (not Pandemoneum)

Hello

I'm playing Aion CN since a few weeks and love running + grinding around with friends. But we have a small problem... we are about level ~32-35 but haven't any idea where to buy our skills. The trainer in Pandemoneum doesn't sell them.
Could anybody be so kind an explain me, where i can find them?

Judging from I've seen, the general layout of the cities should be the same for CN/NA/EU-Servers. Basic skills up to a certain level can be bought in the Great Temples, whereas higher-leveled skills are being sold in the Capital Building or Protector's Hall. You get your Stigmas there as well.
