Transfering characters

hey guys,

Can you transfer from Chinese version to NA?

I realise there is probably a thread about this but trolling the threads and forums looking for the information has so far made my eyes bleed so I thought I'd ask again ... at the risk of being flamed.

Which I don't care about as long as I get my question answered.

I don't think there is any such service. I doubt there will be due to game balance.

yeah thats what I was thinking when I was reading about people having Cn accounts and how they were going to move to EU/NA accounts,
