Patcher Won;'t Start -China Aion- x.x

Hey Everyone,

Alright so maybe some of you had this problem but my problem is that when I first installed the game and then patched it, it went into the game fine but then after I tried loggin back in I couldnt hit anything assuming that was lag then I tried to quit and log back in but the patcher wouldnt start up but rather give me a error in Chinese.

Any ideas to why this is happening? Let me know. Thanks
