It's not supposed to make sense, it's just supposed to be funny. If you don't get it, watch the other Dr. Tran shorts. They're worth it, and maybe you'll begin to see something resembling a common theme, lol.

Yeah, I showed it to my friend by sending it by msn(I knew he liked that kind of stuff) anyways, he typed "lol" about 6-7 times, I think he liked it hehe.
